444cx Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Your Responsibilities, Clearly Stated

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444cx platform at 444cx.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and 444cx.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 444cx platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a 444cx account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 444cx does not permit minors to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others).
• You must not be a current or former employee of 444cx, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processors — or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited and where accessing 444cx would constitute a legal violation under local law. It is your responsibility to verify your own legal situation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through 444cx's responsible gaming tools or imposed by 444cx for conduct reasons.

444cx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to be under 18, all winnings will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. Any deposits made by a minor will be returned to the original payment source net of any processing fees incurred.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active 444cx account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 444cx may merge them, close one or both, and forfeit any bonuses associated with the duplicate account.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444cx login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected security breach to 444cx support promptly. 444cx will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

444cx is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC). You may be asked to submit verification documents at any of the following points:

• Upon registration, particularly when a higher initial deposit is made
• Before your first withdrawal request is processed
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 1,00,000 in a rolling 30-day period
• When unusual account activity is detected that warrants additional verification
• At any time when 444cx has reasonable grounds to request identity confirmation

Acceptable identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, or driving licence. Documents must be clearly photographed and not expired. Where proof of address is requested, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days is acceptable.

Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with outstanding KYC requirements. This is not a penalty — it is a regulatory obligation that protects both the platform and its members. 444cx will process submitted KYC documents within two business days and notify you of the outcome via email or live chat.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 444cx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 444cx does not impose currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods for Pakistani members include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100
• All deposit methods process instantly to your 444cx balance
• 444cx does not charge a fee on deposits from any supported method
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.
• Deposits made by credit card may incur a cash advance fee from your card issuer — this is between you and your bank and is not charged by 444cx

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within three minutes of request submission
• Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within two hours, subject to your bank's own processing schedule
• NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically instant
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Switching withdrawal methods may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if outstanding KYC documents have not been submitted, if the withdrawal amount triggers a manual review threshold, or if unusual account activity has been flagged by our security systems

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses at 444cx is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different figure
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet requirements result in the bonus being forfeited. Deposits that funded the bonus remain withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 100%. Jackpot Slots contribute 50%. Poker and PSL Betting contribute 20%. Live dealer Roulette contributes 10%.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rs 2,000 per hand or spin. Bets above this limit while a bonus is in play may result in the bonus being voided.

6.2 Referral Programme

Referral bonuses under the 444cx Refer a Friend programme are paid when the referred member (a) registers using your unique referral code, (b) completes identity verification, and (c) makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration. Referral bonuses are real cash with no wagering requirement. Self-referral, duplicate account referral, and referral abuse schemes will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

444cx employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to clear requirements, multiple accounts targeting the same promotion, coordinated play to exploit bonus structures, and velocity patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited. Repeat abuse will result in permanent account closure.

7 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available at 444cx — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Jackpot Slots, and live dealer titles — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software that is independently audited on a quarterly basis. Game outcomes are not influenced by 444cx, by previous results, or by the size of a player's bet. The platform's Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate representations of expected long-term payback rates and are available in the Game Info section of each title.

In multiplayer games such as Poker and live Teen Patti, 444cx prohibits any form of collusion between players. Collusion — meaning coordinating hand information, chip dumping, or otherwise cooperating to gain an unfair advantage over other players at the same table — is a serious violation of these Terms. 444cx's security systems analyse hand histories and betting patterns continuously. Suspected colluders will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 444cx platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Registering more than one 444cx account under any identity, real or fictitious
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or the movement of proceeds of crime
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games, exploit odds, or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in 444cx's favour without immediately reporting them to support
• Colluding with other players in any form in multiplayer games
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is prohibited from holding a 444cx account
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location in order to circumvent access restrictions or geographic limitations
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or otherwise dispute a deposit made to 444cx without first contacting our support team to attempt resolution
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444cx staff or other members through any communication channel

9 Account Suspension, Closure & Appeals

444cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated. In cases where a breach is confirmed, any balance associated with improperly obtained bonuses or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds that have not been involved in the breach will be returned to the member.

Where 444cx suspends an account for investigation purposes, we will notify the member via their registered email address within 24 hours of the suspension being applied. The investigation will be completed within seven business days in standard cases. Complex cases may take longer, in which case we will provide a status update every five business days.

If you believe your 444cx account has been suspended in error, you have the right to submit a formal appeal by contacting support@444cx.bet with the subject line "Account Appeal — [Your Username]". Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team who was not involved in the original decision. You will receive a written response within five business days of submitting your appeal.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

444cx provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444cx's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the claim. 444cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost winnings opportunities resulting from platform downtime — except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits 444cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under Pakistani consumer protection law.

14 Changes to These Terms

444cx may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, 444cx will notify members through one or more of the following channels: email to your registered address, a notification banner on the 444cx platform, or a pop-up message upon your next login. The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For minor changes — such as clarifications of existing terms without substantive effect on member rights — 444cx may update the Terms without direct notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 444cx after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
